A space for postpartum mamas to process and learn to better manage their sometimes unbearable and overwhelming thoughts and feelings, while gaining support, camaraderie, and nurturing along the way.

 

I do provide a superbill (receipt) for clients to submit to insurance for partial reimbursement (dependent on out of network benefits, but insurance typically reimburses at $35/session for group therapy).
